Coronavirus Service Update
Dear MOMOCREATURA customers,
I hope you and your loved ones are well and staying safe at home.
I would like to let you know the current situation of momocreatura online shop.
Following the UK Government advise, I made a temporary bench and working from home from 23rd March 2020. However, many of the companies I rely on for casting, hallmarking and gold plating closed. It means I can only process orders which I have items or castings in stock.
All ‘READY TO SHIP' items are in stock.
Non ‘READY TO SHIP’ items but castings are in stock will be made to order. It would take around 1- 2weeks more than the usual making time.
Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org to see if I’m able to make the item or you can receive an item by a certain date .
Regarding bespoke orders, I can arrange online meetings with Skype, FaceTime, or Zoom. To book an appointment, please email to email@example.com

I will keep you updated through our website and Instagram on our plans as the situation changes.
Jewellery may not be a daily necessity at the moment, but I believe that jewellery has the property to empower and mentally support people. Friends and family still have birthdays and special moment to celebrate. It would cheer them up in these uncertain times.
