The collection is inspired by engagement/wedding rings which were popular in 16th -19th century in Europe. Such as Gimmel ring, Fede ring and Claddagh ring.
It is amazing to see how jewellery symbolised and involved with Love.
The way of expressing love varies in regards to time and cultural background. But the feeling towards someone you love is the same, even between friends, lovers, husband and wife, brothers and sisters, and child and parents.
Love gives us hope for living, even if nobody knows if it lasts forever. People always want to cling to the belief that it lasts forever and have done throughout time. The collection ‘In Death Love Survives’ evokes this duality, of something pure and fragile but also passionate and strong.
